Good to know- Abhyanga: ( For Self massage): Massage preferably warm oil into the skin for 10-15 minutes before bathing. Can be used after a bath as a hydrating oil. Take a lesser quantity of oil so as to seep it well into the skin, wipe excess so as not stain the clothes & leave on.
